Who We Are

RaderX Pty Ltd is a specialist provider of Security, Safety and Emergency Services for the Western Australian mining and resources sector. Three focused disciplines — Security Personnel, WHS Officers & Advisors, and Medical Emergency Service Officers (MESO) — deployed for mining operators, contractors, and project managers across FIFO and residential arrangements.

What distinguishes RaderX is not simply the quality of our people, but the depth of regulatory experience behind every engagement. Our director has worked inside the regulatory environment — from law enforcement to mine site compliance — and that shapes how we credential, deploy, and support every personnel placement we make.

"We don't place personnel from a pool. We deploy site-ready specialists with compliance documentation, competency verification, and real accountability — because we understand what the regulator expects." — Marcus Rader, Director

RaderX operates from offices in Perth (Yangebup) and Kalgoorlie, enabling rapid mobilisation to operations across the Pilbara, Goldfields, Mid West, and Kimberley regions of Western Australia.

Marcus founded RaderX with a lean, sustainable model built on years of industry experience and a firm refusal to compromise on who gets sent to site. His driving philosophy is simple: every incident has a root cause, and understanding the why behind every event is what separates genuine safety culture from box-ticking compliance.

This isn't about filling roster gaps with bodies. RaderX personnel understand accountability, regulatory compliance, and the weight of getting safety right — because that's the standard Marcus holds himself to first. It's a philosophy built from hard yards: as a detective investigating fatalities, as an inspector enforcing the law, and now as the director of a company that answers to mine site managers, workers, and regulators alike.

About Marcus Rader — Director

🛡
WA Police Detective
Specialising in fatality investigations — both civil and criminal contexts. Built the investigative mindset that now underpins every RaderX safety engagement.
Inspector of Mines — DMIRS
Licensed Inspector of Mines with the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (formerly LGIRS), Western Australia. Operational enforcement of the Mines Safety and Inspection Act 1995 and all associated regulations.
🔍
Senior Investigator — DMIRS
Civil and mining fatality investigations. Hands-on regulatory investigation experience across Western Australian mine sites — from both the investigator's perspective and the site manager's. This dual viewpoint — having stood on both sides of a coronial inquiry — is what makes RaderX's approach to safety staffing genuinely different.

Personal Mission
Not about filling roster gaps — it's about providing personnel who understand accountability, compliance, and the weight of getting safety right. Marcus doesn't supply bodies; he supplies site-ready people who've been through the same hard yards he has.

Three Focused Service Pillars

RaderX operates as a specialist services provider — focused on the disciplines where regulatory depth, investigative experience, and operational know-how make the difference between compliance paperwork and genuine site safety.

Pillar 01
Security Personnel

Trained, cleared security personnel for access control, patrol, and site protection. All personnel screened to mining-industry standards, WA Police requirements, and LGIRS licensing where applicable.

RaderX provides security personnel for metropolitan and mining site environments across Western Australia — from site entry points to high-risk operational zones.

Pillar 02
WHS Officers & Advisors

Experienced safety professionals who understand WA mining regulations, LGIRS compliance requirements, and operational risk management in FIFO environments.

Our WHS professionals are not generalists — they have hands-on site experience and are familiar with the documentation standards, incident response protocols, and regulatory liaison requirements of major WA miners.

Pillar 03
Medical Emergency Service Officers

Qualified ESOs, Paramedics, and Nurses for site-based emergency response and occupational health support. All personnel hold current certifications and registrations relevant to their qualification level.

Medical emergency response capability is critical on remote mine sites. RaderX supplies qualified personnel who can operate independently in FIFO environments with limited infrastructure support.
